This newer build focused on adding three primary elements to the home. An enclosed area to house the workout equipment while allowing the natural light of the egress into an area for hosting guests. The custom built in cabinets and butcher block countertops were the perfect dry bar complement to the party space. Finally, an additional full bath was added adjacent to the new bedroom. As you can see, the egress windows provide ample light into the living areas.
