Design and Layout
Once clients have determine to move forward with the bid clients will meet with our architect to create a detailed scope of work and drawings. These drawings will be the guide for the rest of the project to determine how we will move forward through selections, permitting, and execution.
Design Services
Core Projects
Design Services Include - Paint colors, flooring selections, and options. Guidance may be provided on vanity selections, stain colors, hardware finish, door and baseboard styles, and other standard room features.
Costs - $500 - Anything beyond standard room features will be billed at $50/hr.

Full service design through out the basement project. The design team works through the selection process starting at $700 plus $50/hr past 10 hours.

Demo, Waterproofing & Egress
This stage can vary a little depending on whether or not the space has been finished before. Our approach creates time and space to properly address foundation and water issues in the basement to ensure your project will stand the test of time.
Build and Finish
Now is the time to execute all the planning. From electric, plumbing, and drywall we have built a top notch team of professionals who value high quality work and customer satisfaction.
